With results for the Scottish Parliament and Welsh Assembly elections as well as those from scores of local councils in England and the outcome of elections for police commissioners and city mayors. Jeremy Vine and Emily Maitlis analyse the results as they come in, and the BBC's political editor Laura Kuenssberg assesses the impact these results will have in the days, weeks and years ahead.
