August starts working as a street pastor and meets two brothers who are both rejected asylum seekers staying illegally in Denmark. Elisabeth moves in with Liv. Johannes turns his back on Christian.
August's attempts to help a young confirmation candidate backfire. Christian tries to make peace with Mark. Johannes tells Elisabeth to choose between him and Liv but doesn't get the result he wanted.
