While planning his birthday fiesta, JD finds a list of things he wanted to accomplish before he turned 30. When he discovers he has done none of them, he enters a triathlon. As she tries to break her boyfriend out of his shell, Elliot discovers a side of her man that freaks her out. Turk tries to impress his bosses.
