In this chapter of his scrapbook, Roy discovers that sometimes it's the sensible thing to be responsible and always take responsibility for your actions, even if it gets you into trouble! Roy can get up to a lot of fun and games that other boys his age can't and this can cause a lot of chaos. As a cartoon boy, Roy gets to go back to his terrible twos and explore the mayhem he caused being a cartoon baby. He also remembers his shenanigans in school that got him into trouble with Mr Hammond and his messing around with his school egg project that almost caused him to crack up! Becky reminds Roy of his time as a magician's assistant and how he was inflated and needed to burp to deflate. Roy is not impressed, he is much more talented than a balloon! However, Roy realises that sometimes even parents have to act responsible too and it's all part of growing up. Along the way Roy learns that fun and games are all well and good but sometimes, just sometimes, you have to be a sensible and responsible cartoon boy too.
