While on a school trip, Ellen and Mirror-Belle encounter Ellen’s favourite author, Genevieve Brogan. They tell her of their adventures, while trying to avoid Ellen’s teacher at the same time.
After attending Ellen’s Christmas party, Mirror-Belle pricks her finger and falls asleep, and Ellen thinks that she can finally prove to Mum and Dad that Mirror-Belle is real!

After a bump to her head, Ellen has forgotten all about Mirror-Belle. Mirror-Belle makes a potion for the bump and tells tales of their adventures to revive Ellen’s memory.
Ellen wins the role of the princess in the musical The Frog Prince. When Ellen loses her voice, Mirror-Belle saves the day and sings from the wings while Ellen mimes on stage.
