Alistair and Lana host at the Quayside Hotel in Boston, Lincolnshire. Most of their guests are bowled over by the bling, but Claire feels like she's stuck in a neon nightmare!


Garry and Zara host at the Cliffemount Hotel in Runswick Bay, North Yorkshire. The guests are blown away by the sea views but disappointed by the decor.
