Oona makes a new friend - Chloe, an Arctic tern, is visiting Puffin Rock for the summer. Oona enjoys showing her round the island and introducing her to all her friends, and is sad when the time comes for her to leave. But Chloe promises to visit again next summer.

It's a hot day on Puffin Rock and everyone is struggling to stay cool. When Baba finds some of Flynne's fur, Oona is convinced that she must need help. Oona searches for her friend despite the heat. Is Flynne okay? What could possibly be causing Flynne to lose all her fur?
Oona and Baba are attending owl school, learning how to hunt, fly silently and see in the dark with Otto. Baba is so impressed that he wants to be an owl too, until he realises that Oona's puffin skills are just as impressive when Pip gets into difficulties and needs rescuing!
The puffins' burrow is completely soaked after a stormy night, so Papa suggests a family day out while it dries. But after a prickly encounter with a hedgehog, a splash in the pond and a heart-stopping moment with Flynne the fox, Papa is delighted to get back home and find the burrow cosy, warm and dry again.
Oona has an enthusiastic audience as she practises her diving skills. But even with Baba, Bernie and Silky cheering her on, she cannot dive deep enough to reach Baba's pebble. She gets very frustrated, but luckily Silky can show her how.
Oona and Mama go on an expedition together to find fresh seaweed for the nest. As Papa and Baba are staying at home to guard the burrow from the seagulls, Oona gets a chance to learn a lot about her Mama - she loves to have fun, and she is very, very brave indeed!
Oona is practising her burrow-building skills, when Mossy and Silky unintentionally ruin her hard work. Oona is cross and finds a quiet place to focus on the task, but discovers that she's lonely without her friends. Mossy comes up with a plan to make it up to Oona and impresses her with some building skills of his own.
Oona and Baba are excited when the world outside their burrow turns white. They haven't seen snow before and they can't wait to play. They set off for an adventure with May and Mossy, but when a dramatic snowstorm hits the island, they need to find a way to get little Baba back to the burrow as quickly as possible.
Silky is very excited about her new friend Clementine the clam, but and is offended when Oona can't understand why Silky thinks that she's so special. However, Oona finds a way to make amends when Clementine goes missing and she helps Silky to find her.
Otto loves dragonflies. They are masters of flight and he's keen for Oona Baba, Pip and Pop to see them in action. But the younger birds are too impatient to sit still and wait for them to take off, and soon Baba finds himself in trouble. Otto flies to the rescue, but will they miss the dragonfly display?

Oona, Baba and their friends try to help Bernie the hermit crab when the entrance to his cave is blocked by a rock fall, trapping him inside!
Young puffling Oona and her little brother Baba are woken up in the middle of the night by a frog who has lost its way.
Otto has a big favour to ask from Oona and Baba. Something very rare and very special is happening today - a solar eclipse! Otto wants Oona and Baba to help the owls stay awake long enough to see it - no matter what. But after a night's hunting, the owls are very sleepy.
Baba makes friend with a little snail, but is reluctantly called away to judge a race between Oona and May. When Baba returns, the snail has vanished and they cannot find him anywhere! Where can he have gone? Snails can't move that fast, can they? Baba thinks that he will never see his friend again, but then something amaz...
Bernie offers to find his friend Bernadette a new home because her shell has become a bit too tight. However, Oona and Bernadette have to rescue him when he runs into trouble.
It's the longest day of the year. To celebrate the start of summer, Oona and her friends have a special tradition to meet up at the stone circle to watch the sunrise. But Mossy has overslept! Can he make it to the stone circle in time?
Mossy has been waiting ages for the biggest berry on the island to ripen. But all the berries are gone! Oona works out that the Shrew Crew took them to teach Mossy not to be selfish...
Oona and Silky are off to explore the kelp forest, but Baba is too young to join them. Mama has something special planned for him. They're off on a treasure hunt! Baba is joined by his friend Spiky the baby hedgehog as he chases around trying to follow the clues.
Oona discovers a beautiful rainbow while exploring at the waterfall. Baba has never seen one before and she is eager to show him - but he is easily distracted and might miss it if he does not hurry up. Mossy and May want to see the rainbow too. Will they all make it on time?
The mean old Black-Backed Gull has moved into Seagull Cliff, forcing the smaller seagulls to move out. They build a new nest right beside the puffin's burrow, but make so much noise that Oona and Flynne try to find a way to restore the peace.
