Will and Gus head to the West Country to buy a Golf GTI. Gus hates it on sight, but Will is smitten. They soon discover why the car is laid up - it has no engine.

Gus and Will want to buy a VW Beetle. They locate a guy selling a project car, but fear it's almost too good to be true at less than 1,000 pounds.

Gus twists Will's arm when he spies a super-rare Renault 5, but back at the workshop they realise they have one heck of a problem to fix.
Gus and Will want an 'Eastern Bloc' car to see whether the old Skoda jokes were deserved. Bidding low they win an orange Estelle, but how can they add any value to it?
Gus and Will want a classic Morris Minor, and they find an ex-police car in a lovely shade of blue. But the seller wants them to bid online - they can't pay and take it away.
Will and Gus want to do a 4x4, but their dream list of cars is short as they can't afford much on their budget. However, Will has a plan, and steers them towards a friend's Suzuki SJ.
Gus and Will go for the once-maligned Austin Maestro. The car they want to buy has already been sold but the seller has another - his own - on the driveway. Can they do a deal?
Will and Gus want to buy a BMW, and Will says he likes the 'feminine' Z3. There's a trade-in up the road which might fit the bill, but it's a high price.

Will and Gus track down a 1980s Austin Metro. It's cheap, it's clean and it's bright yellow - and they have high hopes to treble their money.
Will and Gus take on a Mazda MX-5 that's been given some real boy racer attitude, hoping to return it to its former glory.
Will and Gus splash out 550 pounds on a garage owner's Mercedes 190. The previous owner has failed to fix it, but the duo are more confident.
Will and Gus lay their hands on a potentially very valuable Volvo. It's great to look at, but doesn't start easily and cannot stop.
Will and Gus buy a Porsche 923 with a cracked interior, bad paintwork and ripped seats. This driving legend is well past its best, but they still hope to turn a profit.
Gus and Will hunt down an affordable Italian car, and eventually find an Alfa Romeo 155 hiding in a barn. Making space for an inspection proves a challenge.
Will and Gus take on a Citroen BX with no brakes, bad paintwork and a rodent infestation - and they've got five days to fix it and flog it.
