The last visit of the week is to Frasers Guest House in Battlesbridge, where sisters Georgie and Frankie hope that their B&B's location in an antiques district will be a hit.


Ian and his fiancée Karen host at The Bell Inn in Thorpe-le-Soken, Essex. Their guests are reeled in by a fun day of fishing, but a room with a spooky view gives Frankie a bedtime fright.


The B&Bers head to Finch Cottage in Wiltshire, run by husband and wife Eddie and Karen Deighton. But the lack of TVs in the bedrooms is a big turn-off for some of their guests.


This time, the competition begins at Woodleys Farmhouse in Woburn Sands, Buckinghamshire, where newbie B&Ber Toni Kupitz is nervous about her breakfast service.

With all the visits over, the B&Bers come together to confront their rivals and discover how much they've been paid, before the winner is announced.


Pat and Nigel pride themselves on their award-winning breakfast at their B&B in Seaton, Devon. But will an afternoon spent town-crying entertain their guests?


The third visit is to the Dolphin Hotel in Exmouth, Devon, where owner Jo takes her guests paintballing and to a floating restaurant. But there are suspicions of game-playing.


The second visit is to The Flower Pot in Sunbury-on-Thames, where owner Simon and manager Pierre offer their guests a stylish stay and a game of real tennis at Hampton Court Palace.


Mother and daughter Linda and Kelly host first at The Old Times Guest House in Ipswich. They take their guests go-karting, but Kelly cuts corners with hot drink orders at breakfast.
