Kirstie and Phil's Love It or List It is a living & home improvement program on Channel 4. Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp go head to head as they battle it out to help homeowners decide whether to love or sell their home. The program has been available since 2025. A total of 87 episodes have been broadcast, most recently in April 2026.
